Comfort & Safety – Helicopter Tours - In the interests of safety and comfort,
it will be necessary for passengers exceeding 275lbs (124.7kg/19 stone) to purchase an
additional seat at the applicable retail price. Passengers must re-confirm their body
weights when confirming their helicopter tour. Guests 18 years old and older must bring a
valid government issued photo ID for this tour.
An additional fuel surcharge MAY be collected at check-in.
When do we pay?
Reserve now and pay on the day. A credit card is required to guarantee any reservation but
payment is made on the date of travel either by credit card, cash or travelers checks.
Cancellation Policy
All seats are guaranteed once you receive your E-ticket. Cancellations will be refunded in
full minus a $25.00 per person processing fee. No Shows and Cancellations within 24 hours
of the tour date are non-refundable.
